A garden symbolic of friendship and multiculturalism was opened at Kingswood High School during Education Week celebrations. The garden includes a Chinese style fountain, lions and other sculptures, stone work , a pagoda and chinese plants. The Sydney Harbour Authority have donated rocks from the Chinese Gardens at Darling Harbour.
The project has been a real community effort with donations coming from the P&C, students, staff and parents and Penrith City Council.
